4. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or your local currency, inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated.

  • Payments can be made via available methods (e.g., debit/credit card, mobile banking, cash on delivery).

5. Delivery and Pickup

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on distance, vendor availability, and traffic conditions.

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • If you fail to receive the order at the specified time, the order will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.


6. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged, incorrect, or missing items verified through photographic evidence.

  • No refunds for taste preferences or late deliveries caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, or vendor delay).

  • Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of order delivery.


7. Vendor Terms

7.1 Vendor Approval

  • Vendors must apply and receive written approval before listing products.

  • Vendors must maintain high-quality standards in hygiene, packaging, and customer service.

  • We reserve the right to delist any vendor found violating food safety or Platform policies.

7.2 Commission & Payment

  • A commission (as per agreed percentage) will be deducted from each order before payout.

  • Vendor payouts occur on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the settlement cycle.

7.3 Product Listing

  • Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and photos.

  • Misleading information or copyright-infringing images will result in account suspension.

7.4 Order Fulfillment

  • Vendors must confirm and prepare orders promptly.

  • Delayed or missed deliveries may lead to penalties or temporary suspension.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, images, text, and designs, is owned or licensed by [Your Cake Shop Name]. Vendors may only use approved branding assets provided by us.


9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.

10. Limitation of Liability

We act as an intermediary between vendors and customers. While we ensure quality control, we are not directly liable for the vendor’s product quality, hygiene, or service. In no event shall we be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.


12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any account found violating our Terms, without prior notice.
